The brief was about building a portal for practitioners. The real finding was about caregivers.

Led research, product strategy, and UX design for a client in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) space. Mapped the full service journey — from diagnosis through treatment and reassessment — across four stakeholder types: Guardian, Administrator, Clinician/Technician, and Caregiver.

The most important insight wasn't in the original brief: caregivers were doing enormous coordination work (scheduling, insurance, treatment plans, homework, session prep) with almost no tooling built for them. That reframe shaped the product direction.

Deliverables: service blueprints, stakeholder swim lanes, research synthesis, wireframes, and a prototype. January–May 2024.
